FLEAD is equipped with industry-leading experimental testing equipment, ensuring the rigor and reliability of product testing and validation processes, providing solid technical support for product quality and safety. In order to comprehensively evaluate and verify the performance of non stick coatings, FLEAD has designed and implemented a series of rigorous strength limit tests aimed at simulating extreme conditions in daily use to ensure the stability and durability of non stick coatings in practical applications.
Our high-strength limit testing includes: 1. subjecting non stick coating samples to high temperature conditions of 200 ℃ for hardness testing, aimed at verifying the durability and deformation resistance of non stick coatings in high-temperature cooking scenarios such as baking, frying, etc. 2. Fill the non stick coating pot with water and place it on the stove, keep it boiling for 1 hour, and immediately perform the frying operation to verify the stability of the non stick performance of the coating after long-term boiling. 3. Apply a vertical pressure of 1.5kg on the surface of the coating and rub it back and forth 500 times according to the preset path before performing the frying operation to evaluate the coating's wear resistance and ability to maintain non stick effect under repeated friction.
